This page explains what Rookminute uses to run your workspace and handle support. Bracketed items need confirmation before they can be treated as final policy.
Information used
Your account includes details such as your name, email address, and sign-in records needed to keep the account working. A workspace can contain saved goal titles and context, plus the generated execution-package drafts associated with those goals. Plan and usage information includes your selected plan, trial or subscription status, and counts used to apply plan limits. If you contact Rookminute, the contact record includes your name, email address, topic, and message.
How information is used and shared
Rookminute uses this information to create and protect accounts, save goals and drafts, apply plan limits, handle billing and support, and produce requested drafts. Goals and drafts are tied to the account that created them; they are not public pages. Rookminute does not publish campaign drafts or send campaign messages on your behalf.
Service providers may help host and store the service, authenticate accounts, generate drafts, process subscription payments, and deliver email or support messages. The provider names, processing locations, and exact information shared with each provider are [SERVICE PROVIDERS, LOCATIONS, AND DATA SHARED]. Payment details may be handled by a payment provider; Rookminute may keep subscription or checkout references needed to show plan status.
